Clarity is power. By the end of your first day, we lock down your Truth North as a changemaker brand. Thing is, we do that in just (3) pages: a one page manifesto, a one page platform profile, and a one page business plan. For good measure, I’ll guide you through the importance of creating a simple but inspired title page. That’s it. That’s all you need to kick start a purpose & passion driven brand that soars.

EXPERIENCE DESIGN

During your Deep Dive prep, you’ll identify on a very soulful, comprehensive level, who your tribes are, what defines them, and where you share common ground. It is from that common ground that we rough out two to three experiences that will capture the imaginations of those you serve. These branded experiences will feed you while feeding your tribes. That’s the Secret Sauce, getting fed while helping others!

DAY THREE:
THE BRAND CANVAS

In day one, we locked down the Big Picture. In day two, we roughed out a few experiences that will help you rise above the crowd. Our final stop, The Changemaker Brand Canvas. The thing that makes this simple tool so powerful is it captures the key elements to creating a captivating message, a compelling offer, and a consistently epic experience (the message side of your experiential marketing).

CHECK-IN SESSION

One week after you leave Austin, we do a check-in phone call to debrief any questions that came up, and to check in on your progress. Typically, a little co-creation happens during this call, to fine tune your branding work.

Ten days after your check-in call, we get together one last time by phone,  to polish and perfect your Purpose & Passion Brand. What’s working? What’s not working? Where are you soaring? And where are you stuck? It’s the final polish to kick start your brand.
